I am a big fan of prawns and I love the possibilities they come with, so I thought Id give these a go. These prawns took about 3-4 hours to fully defrost, which wasnt too bad. I took them out of the bag and decided to give them a wash before cooking them as you never know. The size of the prawns were of a good size, which surprised me a little. The colour of the prawns looked exactly as I would have expected also, so this was a good start. My prawns were clean and ready to cook at this stage. this is a product at a very cheap price which i like using for rice dishes and for soups,i was pleasently suprised the first time i used it that it had an ok taste,i had bought it because i was trying to experiment with different brands of the same product to enable me find pne which would suit my needs at a cheaper price.the prawns inside are quite small in size though but i think the quantity is okay for the price that you get the product at,i use it to bulk up my soups and to give one a lil something surprising and extra to chew on during the meal, your friends will probably be surprised to see it in their food and think you spent some money to make it extra special ...
