I decided to pick up something sweet when I was in Asda, having not had Nice biscuits for so long I could barely remember what they tasted like, I decided to pick up a 200g Asda Price pack for just 32p. The biscuits come in Asda Value packaging, which is a cellophane like plastic, which is white and green. It has a product description written under the title saying 'sweet biscuits with desiccated coconut'. There is also a V sign in the bottom right hand corner, saying that they're suitable for veggies, and there's a little sign in the top right saying: 'Asda Brand. No artificial colours, flavours or hydrogenated fat.' The biscuits are fairly easy to ... Read the complete review

While doing a shop in Asda recently I decided to buy some of their Smart Price biscuits to try. I refuse to spend a fortune on biscuits as I don't eat them much myself, although when they visit for the weekend my granddaughter's can munch their way through several packets. It's not a cost issue, not really as I would happily spend whatever it takes to keep the girls' happy - but my reasoning is that generally a biscuit is a biscuit so why spend £1 a packet when I can get the same thing (albeit in cheaper packaging) for much less. Nice biscuits are a perfect example. My local corner shop sells packets for 89p, I forget the brand now but it's something like ... Read the complete review

I think after Rich Tea biscuits the 'Nice' would probably be rated 'the second most boring biscuit ever' but again, I love them. What I love even more is that Asda do their own for just 29p per packet. The biscuits are small and rectangular in shape and have a sparse amount of sugar granules covering the top. They can be eaten in one or two bites and have a coconut flavour to them. I love these biscuits because they melt in the mouth and generally disappear without much work needing to be done. They are crunchy but not too crunchy and although they lack a little of the coconut taste, they are definitely worth the 29p they cost. I only ... Read the complete review

"Nice" are one of the more basic variety of biscuits, simply one white biscuit slice with 'nice' written on the top, and coated with sugar crystals. they are generally eaten alongside tea and coffee. In this case, they are not suited to be 'dunked,' as they break incredibly easy when wet. At ASDA, you'll usually pay around 30p a packet, as opposed to the extortionate One pound you can expect at any convenience shop. This is a product definitely worth buying from ASDA, as there is absolutely no discernible difference in quality whatsoever, with it being such a basic product. The only drawback here is of course, the unattractive packaging, which ... Read the complete review

I love nice biscuits. As i child i never pronounced them right, and i have and probably always will love them. Nice biscuits are thin biscuits with a sugary coating. They break very easily so either dunk two at a time, or dunk very quickly, or your'll lose them in the bottom of your tea! Yuck! I normally buy the expensive nice biscuits which are about £1, but i saw them smart price ones in asda for about 30pence, and i though, oh i'll give them a try. I wasnt expecting much, as they were so cheap, but i have to say i was mightly impressed. They were just as good as the expensive one, there wasnt any less sugar on them, they were ...
