Cheap as chips (and then some) (Asda Smartprice Bourbon Biscuits)

As you might see from reading reviews, the price of this item has risen from 13p upwards to its current value of around 26p. Asda still have the cheek sometimes to claim it is on rollback as well. However if you can put this aside, then 26p for a full packet of biscuits is still very good.

This product is a prime example of why it does not pay to be snooty about cheaper products especially those with a bit of stigma such as smartprice. I think that the Bourbons in this pack are as good as any to be honest and they are certainly a lot cheaper.

These Bourbons make for a good biscuit I think, because I cannot eat more than three without getting a dry and bored mouth. This is great because while I enjoy the two or three that I eat very much, I am not encouraged to become a glutton and eat far more than would be healthy for me. Don't go out of your way for these, but if you are in Asda, pick some up.
