Toffee is something I only buy on rare occasions, I like it, but for some reason it's never high on my list of priorities. Nutritional Information Typical values Per sweet Energy 34kcal Protein 0.1g Carbohydrate 5.7g Fat 1.2g Free From Aspartame, Artificial Colours and Artificial Flavours. So they're quite high in the calorie stakes, although when you're eating them they do last quite a while. So in a time to calories ratio they're probably better than a packet of crisps, because 4 of these (which is the equivalent to one pack of crisps) will last you way longer than a packet of Walkers. Andrew loves toffee and we used to buy these before he discovered Werthers chewy toffee. We then promptly left this behind and entered the world of real toffee that tastes excellent. These cost 36p for 175g bag and they are all individually wrapped inside the main bag. They are rectangular in shape and when you peel off the paper you are met with a dull tanned looking toffee. The toffee doesn't have a scent which is a sign of how cheap they are. When you first bite into them they are very hard and not how you would expect toffee to be. I won't say I'm the world's largest toffee lover but I do like a bit now and then and my parents and younger brother absolutely love it. So when I spotted Asda's Diary Toffee for a bargain price of 36p I dropped a bag into my basket along with a few other things to enjoy whilst watching a film that night. Asda's Dairy Toffee comes in a very simple a cheap looking 175g bag, but then again the product is cheap. The bag is white and green with a clear window on the front, though which you can see the sweets inside.
