I make a lasagna around once a week because it goes down well with all of the family. I begrudge paying over the odds for anything especially lasagna sheets which is why I always buy these ones which cost around 40p a box from Asda. The sheets are the kind that don't need any cooking prior to actually putting them in the lasagna. I love this because I just haven't got time to be messing around with cooking them first because tea time is the busiest time of the day what with two whinging boys who are more than ready for their tea.
