Along with the chicken soup that cost just 17p, I decided to give this one a try as well. I wasn't expecting great things from it since the chicken one I tried first tasted like dirty dishwater. I have to say that although it wasn't brilliant, it wasn't as bad. The soup will set you back just 17p for a 400g tin and it's part of the smartprice range from Asda. I am still on a shopping budget crunch so with the winter coming I thought i'd try out some of the cheaper brand soups and the ones I like I'd bulk buy! ****PRICE*** The price was very pleasing to the pocket - 17p was the cost for a tin, The tin broke the contents in to half tins so I amsuming they suggest a tin holds 2 portions making it just 8.5p a portion. ***PACKAGING*** The tin is the usual Adsa Smartprice no frills labelling, different to the picture above, mines green and white with a picture of a bowl of soup on the front so they must have have had a brand re-vamp.
