From time to time I really do try to eat healthily. I'm lucky cos I do train at the gym most days and I do love pasta and rice but boy does it get boring which sometimes means that I end up going to the shop on my way home and buying stuff I really shouldn't so when I'm on a healthy eating regime I do try to buy things that are new and interesting to keep my diet fresh and less boring. Now me and Cous Cous don't usually get along very well to be honest.
