Asda Tiger Bread I do not often shop in Asda. I have always been a Tesco girl myself! But I do like this Tiger bread. I normally eat grainy brown bread. I find quite bread quite boring so this adaptation is a nice change. I am sure you can get it in Tesco but I have never seen it. They bake it fresh so you know you're getting ... Asda Tiger Bread is simply delicious! They are baked fresha nd regularly throughout the day, and in my local store they ring a bell to let you know when a fresh batch is ready. The aroma fills the store and i have seen old ladies fight over the last loaf! I kid you not! I think that fact alone shows how good it must be. The Tiger loaf is a ... Read the complete review

I rarely shop in Asda but when I do I always add a loaf of Tiger bread to my shopping trolley as it is really nice when it is freshly baked and I love to get home and cit myself a healthy doorstep with some butter or some pate and eat it for my lunch. Tiger bread is a white loaff, normally I would go for a granary loaf as it is more ... Read the complete review

I absolutely love Tiger bread! In fact, we all love it - me, husband and our daughters. Tiger is made in most of the major supermarkets but we tend to do our main shop in Asda so it's usually Asda's Tiger that we buy. Tiger bread no doubt gets it's name from the tiger striped pattern that is formed on the top crust of the bread. I'm ... Read the complete review

Asda Tiger bread is freshly baked in the asda bakery. Make sure you get a soft loft and if possible get there early in the morning when they have just been put out. My kids really really love this bread, and normally its a struggle to get them to eat the bread. Most of the time i give them sandwiches they peel open the sandwich and eat the ... I LOVE Asda's Tiger Bread, or Tiger Chest as they call it. It is a flattish bread, crispy on the the outside and lovely soft white bread on the inside. The flavour of it is really hard to describe, but if pushed, I wouls day that it was slightly nutty, this probably comes from the sesame oil that the bread is baked with. The distinctive ... This is a review for Tiger tails which is the baguette lookalike from Asda. I usually prefer granary bread because it is chewier and tastes better than white. For Tiger tails I will definitely make an exception. These are crusty on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The smell of them is delicious. The top is ... Read the complete review

When I visit Asda there is one thing I buy every single time and that is a loaf of Tiger bread (not made from real tigers). This bread is made with sesame oil and they make a very crispy crust on the bread and also give it its unique pattern by brushing rice paste on the top of the bread before baking it. What you get from this loaf is ... Read the complete review

Whenever I order a shop online I always put in a Tiger loaf because I think the smell is just amazing. I unpack the shopping and as I am usually famished I immediatly slice myself and my partner two pices and cover it in creamy coleslaw, which is heavan and really hits the mark. The tiger loaf is always so soft that I end up cutting ... Read the complete review

After recently writing a review about my favourite sandwiches I thought I would now hit you guys with a few words on my favourite bread. Whilst I really enjoy a loaf of plain bread from time to time and I also very much enjoy a nice thick slice of wholemeal for certain types of sandwich fillings. I love my bread nice and thick a bit like myself ... Read the complete review

This bread is just sooo tasty! I love it with a bowl of homemade soup and my son just eats it by the slice smothered in olive spread. Unusually for crusty bread this one does actually stay crusty after its been opened. You can have it sliced at the in-store bakery but we prefer to buy it unsliced so we can cut it extra thick! I mostly buy brown ... Read the complete review

I absolutely adore Tiger bread but reading other reviews I guess I may be in the minority. Most supermarkets do some sort of Tiger bread these days and for me it is a nice little twist on a white, bread loaf. We usually buy our Tiger Bread from Asda and I love it. I presume it is called tiger bread becuse the crust is patterened in such a way that ... Read the complete review

i was very displeased with asda's tiger bread as it had no resemblence what so ever to a tiger which did nothing to boost my moral. Also the taste was just disgusting and it totally rapes the taste buds. i thouroughly recommend doormouse bread as this has a more fragrant aroma and possesses a more distinct taste which rapes the taste buds in a ... I am partial to a bowl of soup on a Saturday once we have returned from the weekly chore of grocery shopping, and I usually just have my ordinary run of the mill loaf as an accompaniment. This is fine normally but last Saturday I just fancied something different. As I browsed Asda’s large selection of breads I was getting hungrier and ... Read the complete review

I used to think that ASDA was a bit of a pikey supermarket with rubbish food but I think I was judging it on some of the gold clad tracksuited nob’eds you get in there. However, it was our local supermarket for over two years so we decided to use it and actually I discovered some real gems! Their ‘In Store Bakery’ Bread was one of them…Tiger ...
