I know some people follow it and manage to eat their way through a lot of protein and hardly any simple carbohydrate, but it is not a good plan for vegetarians like me, and as I said I don't do diets, but these bars did take my fancy as they looked delicious.
On offer for £3.72 for 5 (they are normally £5.37) if you feel like trying them they are in Tesco now.

Walking past the health section of Tesco the other day I noticed they were selling some breakfast bars at a reduced price. On greater inspection I noticed these were part of the Atkins range of products and had a lovely name "Day Break" I think it was the packaging which attracted me to be honest, as the photo of the bar looked delicious, and there were chunks of chocolate in and around it. The chocolate looked dark and rich with a Belgian, continental look to it. Acceptable-ish falafel routinely result, and far from being the worst brand you could buy. Resultant falafel aren't absolutely brilliant. There are better packet falafel mixes available.
