As a child I always loved Yorkshire Puddings. No Sunday lunch at my Grandma's house would be complete without Yorkie Puds! With their middles swimming with gravy, and mint sauce smeared around the egde, it's the perfect recipe. Though it wasn't until quite a while later that I discovered Yorkshire Puddings with sausages, but oh how they were worth the wait! I have had a few of those dinner kits, the ones you shove in the microwave, with the large yorkshire pudding, and the sausages and vegetables in the middle, and I must say they are one of the most delicious instant meals around!
