Bart Bouquet Garni

I love using Bouquet Garni sachets because it's such a quick and easy way to add herbs to anything your cooking. Last night I cooked a lasagne and added a sachet to the white sauce for the topping and it gave it a delish flavour that I couldn't have got by mixing and adding my own herbs. Bart's Bouquet Garni sachets are a brill idea, they're like big teabags that you use in anything that has got a liquid sauce and the flavour of the herbs will seep into the sauce to give a wicked flavour. Until I got married in 1986 I had never heard of Bouquet Garni, and even though I got divorced 7 years ago now my love affair with these fragrant little square teabag-style bags has long continued to flourish.
