Advantages: Easy to make

Disadvantages: Contain Hydrogenated oil.

They taste nice are quick and easy to make but was surprised to see that it had hydrogenated oil in them which we now know is trans fats which is very harmful to our health and hydrogenated oils are banned in some other European countries.
So from now on I will be staying away from them which is a shame.

Hopefully they will change this in the future and I will be able to enjoy them again.

Summary: Stay away till they change what they make it from.
