Advantages: very quick and easy to make.
Disadvantages: to irresistible even when you are meant to wait 4 minutes
In this review, I will try to describe my own experience with super noodles rather than tell you what's written on the box - which is what you can find out when you get the urge to buy them after this.
These things are great.
If it wasn't for them, how I would have gotten through my Duke of Edinburgh I don't know.
After a very long hard days walking, it was nice to sit down, and eat a nice (although small) meal, feeling like I was back at home eating in my kitchen. Sat in a field, miles away from a kettle, I still found them incredibly quick to cook, and very tasty.
Every since my expedition adventure, I have carried on my love for super noodles, finding them a good snack when I get hungry. On opening the pack, you are greeted by a block of fried noodles, which don't look particularly appetising at first glanced, but once water has been poured over them, you can't help put tuck in - even though the box states to wait around 4 minutes, with the smell really getting your taste-buds tingling, furthering the appetite! With the smell that was escaping from the port, I was the envy to all my friends.
Flavours I have come across are:
Chinese Chow Mein
Sweet & Sour
Chicken
Mild Curry
Thai Curry
Bacon
Balti
Mushroom
Spaghetti Bolonese
Barbecue Beef
With Chinese Chow Mein and Mild curry probably being my most favourite of all.
Overall I would certainly recommend, for a d of e expedition, or even simply to fill the cupboard with tasty snacks.
Thanks for reading.
Summary: very tasty, and very quick to make
