	Baxters Lentil & Vegetable ... love soup, especially at this time of year. I often make my own as it is so easy and practically makes itself! However there are times when I need something to eat quickly and haven t got time to mess around. Many commercial soups on the market just don t hit the spot for me. However I think that both New Covent Garden and Baxter s soups are a very close second to soup you make yourself. The Baxter s company was founded way back in 1868 in Scotland by George Baxter. Today the company is still a family affair and prides itself on using natural ingredients and producing high quality food.
