Baxters Chicken & Vegetable

Having a young child around the house, the food I eat for lunch has to be quick and easy - so cans of soup make regular appearances in my life. I don't have any favourite brand, so most cans find their way into the trolley at some point as I tend to look out for special offers. In Somerfield last week Baxter's were on 3 for 2, so a can of Chicken and Vegetable amongst other flavours was picked up. On opening the can there's plenty of chopped vegetables visible - not so much chicken and the stock making up the soup looks very thin.
