You are probably more than likely aware that I am watching what i eat at the moment and to be honest I am quite enjoying the diet that I am doing. Its not very interesting and some would say that what I am eating at the moment is pretty boring however watching the pounds drop off as I am now nearly at my target weight is great. What I am eating a lot of at the moment is soup and I find that its a filling and quick snack, that has minimal calories depending on what flavour you are having and is working wonders for me.
