One of the things I like is that they don't all float at the top or sink to the bottom either. The vegetables are of a good chunky size so you can recognise what they are and so they don't get stuck between your teeth which is great for me at work it wouldn't look very professional seeing patients in the afternoon with bits in-betw...more
