The whole can only contains 216 calories which is a major plus point for this soup which is really quite filling. It will just about serve 2 for lunch if accompanied by dipping bread but if its just for one then the whole tin will do and no need for bread with it. Lets start with the specification for this soup which is yet another quality soup from the people at Baxters. It is gluten free, and free from any artificial colourings and artificial flavourings which is always a good thing to see in any food product. So well done Baxters for that as it encourages me to carry on buying your products.
