I bought this can of soup to take off camping with me. You should see my food bags when I go - they are stuffed - all just in case I never find any food I like wherever I am going. I need a bodybuilder to carry them to the car for me. This can of soup dutifully sat in my camp kitchen until right at the end of my holiday. I was camping with lots of friends and we decided to cook a huge meal to share before we went home. While I was shopping online with Sainsbury's, I was browsing the soups looking for something a bit different and I found this: Baxters Deli Inspired Root Vegetable and Butternut Squash Soup. It cost me £1.49 for a 415g can so it's not cheap but I thought I'd treat myself to it anyway. The ingredients list impressed me as it doesn't seem to contain any junk and plenty of healthy vegetables. It claims to be free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The label says it's suitable for vegetarians, contains less than 1% fat but the allergy advice warns that it contains wheat, gluten and celery.
