Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Yogurt

Ben and Jerry's is on a half price offer at Tesco's at the moment and it just so happens that I have been craving the stuff lately. Both my hubby and I picked up a 500ml tub to scoff at the weekend but I decided to go for the frozen yogurt instead of the hardcore ice cream. The reason for this is that I am quite weight conscience and will always go for the healthy option if I can. This frozen yogurt is a low fat version of the Chocolate fudge brownie ice cream and instead of it containing nearly 30g of fat per 100g it only contains 5g which is obviously a huge difference. Ben & Jerrys really can do no wrong in my eyes! I love all their ice cream flavours, love the quirkiness of the packaging and the fact they took on the corporate giants and won! When i heard they had started doing low fat frozen yogurt i was delighted. At last i could munch away and feel a lot more angelic and less guilty. My mum is always on a diet and brought some Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Dessert last week because her friend told her how good it was. I had some and thought it was ice cream even though it is made with frozen yogurt and I was shocked when mum told me it was low fat. Its very creamy and the chocolate flavour is rich just like chocolate ice cream. It doesn't taste low fat at all and is a lot nicer than the Skinny Cow low fat ice cream that she sometimes buys. I love ice-cream, and when someone mentions Ben & Jerry's my face goes funny (I think it's called a big grin!). I hate the fact that I calorie count and get concerned by how much fat is in food, but I do and it's something I'm trying to stop doing but it's so hard after years of living like that.
