My mum is always on a diet and brought some Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie Frozen Dessert last week because her friend told her how good it was.

I had some and thought it was ice cream even though it is made with frozen yogurt and I was shocked when mum told me it was low fat. Its very creamy and the chocolate flavour is rich just like chocolate ice cream. It doesn't taste low fat at all and is a lot nicer than the Skinny Cow low fat ice cream that she sometimes buys.

Ben & Jerrys have even put in lots of real chunks of chocolate brownie and these are sugary and very sweet and they make the frozen dessert seem more special. I can see why people on diets eat this because its just like ice cream to eat and the brownie chunks make it like eating other Ben & Jerrys flavours when they have put pieces of different things in.

I don't think it really tastes of fudge because the chocolate is such a strong taste but some of the sweetness of this must be down to that. It would be even better if they put pieces of fudge into it and that would really make it the best low fat ice cream ever. My little sister had some in a cornet and she said it was lovely and she doesn't even believe me now that its not proper ice cream even though I have showed her the tub to prove it.

My mum said she paid nearly £4 for this Ben & Jerrys tub and I think it will give each of us one serving. Thats expensive but the way I look at it is that if you buy a tiny tub in the cinema it costs about £2.50 so its worth putting the extra and buying a big one.
