Ben and Jerry - I am afraid that I am going to have to take some drastic measures against you guys after what your ice cream is doing to my good diet intentions!!!!!!

I had been doing so well this time - resisting all the chocolate offered to me at work and passing up all the boozing session invitations. Then as I was walking around my local supermarket buying my low-fat food I spied my favourite flavour of B&J's - Chubby Hubby. It was calling my name and telling me to buy it - and so of course not wanting to let someone down I bought it and my diet was down the tubes. And was it worth it .........??? OH YEAH!!!

This has got to be the best flavour of ice cream in the world. Creamy vanilla malt ice cream with swirls of peanut butter and chocolate fudge and then....the creme de la creme.....the chocolate covered,peanut butter filled pretzels.

I am telling you - it is Heaven in a carton!

It is at its best when it is just beginning to melt. I always think to myself that I will just eat a little bit but then when I go to put the spoon down it always seems to be a bit messy inside so I tidy it up a bit by making it even. Next thing I know I am having to explain where half the carton went!

If you get the chance - try it - you won't ever try another brand of ice-cream again!

And remember ........the diet starts tomorrow!!!
