I bought this in Asda on a special 2 for £3 deal. I am a big fan of Ben and Jerrys but cant justify the usual £3.99 price tag. I grabbed a pot of my favourite-Cookie Dough and my mum wanted to try this one so I got one of these too. I'd never seen this flavour in the shop before so was interested in trying it myself. The tub is the usual Ben and Jerrys shape and the design is the same as that in the picture above with a large Ben and Jerrys logo and pictures of chocolate covered toffee. The tub tells me that it is 'Vanilla ice cream with chocolatey covered toffee crunch'. There is also a fair trade logo telling me the ice cream is fair trade. The back of the tub ... Ben & Jerry's Vanilla Toffee Crunch is what I fondly refer to in short hand familiar terms as "The One With The Dime Bars In It". It's a deliciously simple blend of smooth vanilla ice cream with chocolate coated crunchy toffee pieces nestled every here and there. The packaging is the standard 500ml/419g cardboard tub with the distinctive Ben & Jerrys Logo and labelling. The description provided by B&J on the front of the tub states "Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolately Covered Toffee Crunch". The "Fairtrade" logo is present on the front of the tub and also on the lid, letting the consumer know that they can enjoy thier ... Read the complete review

One of our favourite flavours of Ben and Jerry's is Vanilla Toffee Crunch. The ice cream it's self is really vanillary and smooth and creamy. The toffee crunch pieces are like big bits of broken dime bar (no small measly chips here). For a Ben and Jerry's ice cream it is fairly plain with only 2 main flavours but still completely delicious, especially when you get the really big chunk of toffee in you spoon. The only downside to Vanilla Toffee Crunch is the amazing calorie intake. In 100g there are 270kcal, Fat 17g, Saturates 11g and Sugars 25g. Now me, being one of those people who just can't say stop, usually polish off half a 500ml tub of this ... Read the complete review

You may have read my recent review on Fossil Fuel. Thanks to the splendid offer in Asda where Ben and Jerrys is a mere £2 a tub, I've also bought Vanilla Toffee Crunch. This is a flavour I haven't tried, or even seen before. I'm not a big fan of toffee a lot of the time, but I have faith in Ben and Jerrys to make most things taste lovely so home it came. I decided to try it last night. It's nowhere near as "busy" as most tubs of Ben and Jerrys, with only two things really happening, the really delicious vanilla icecream and toffee crunch pieces. I found it really tasty, but only had a couple of spoons. My other half thought it ... Read the complete review
