Bergader is a make of German cheese, hailing from Bavaria - several of the Bergader products are on offer at a supermarket near me lately. To date, I've only tried two of them, both of them came in rather commercial looking plastic packaging rather than the traditional slab of cheese look! The majority of their range, seem to be variations on blue cheese. First up was Bergader's creamy Edelpilz, a tasty, slightly crumbly yet easily spreadable smooth blue-veined cheese with a relatively strong, slightly spicy Danish blue like taste.
