Bernard Matthews Turkey Breast Joint with Herbs
Newest Review: ... outside doesn't go particularly golden or crispy as this joint is minus the skin but it looks very nice ... more  ... indeed.
Incidentally, the joint comes in a thick foil container so you don't need to dirty your own oven tin - this container is excellent actually, it's so durable that I've washed mine out and now use it to store screws in the shed!
Although the joint looks rather dry before cooking, as it heats up the juices mingle with the butter basting and it's really worth opening the oven door and spooning the juices over the meat as the end result is a moist and tender piece of turkey.

Recently Morrisons had the Bernard Matthews range on special offer, including this oven ready Turkey Breast Joint which is basted in butter and has been sprinkled with herbs. I love turkey and find myself eating it often now I'm dieting, the turkey breast serves 2 - 3 so I knew it wouldn't be wasted as any leftovers can be popped in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch and dinner. I froze mine on the day I bought it and was pleased to find it could be cooked from frozen so I didn't have the hassle of defrosting the turkey.
