Bernard Matthews Turkey Burgers

My mate eats these all the time because she doesn't like red meat and the other day she did me one in a bun with salad and sauce just like a proper beef burger. I've always thought turkey was dry and never eat frozen food containing it, hardly ever anyway because it never seems to cook nice in breadcrumbs and never tastes like proper roast turkey. These Bernard Matthews turkey burgers are quite nice though and even though it's not something I'd have very often, for a quick grilled snack it suprised me how tasty they were. My husband came home from the local shop with these, and I was first under the impression I didn't like turkey burgers so in typcal girl style, I said "no, I don't want any, you eat them". Somehow about half an hour later (cooking time is 8-10 minutes under the grill or 20 mins in a preheated oven), I found myself in the kitchen, slicing a strip off one and having a nibble.. which turned into half the burger.
