Betty Smiths Products are found in most freezer shops and I found our's in Farm Foods. We decided to try her Lamb shanks in Rosemary and mint gravy. You get two in a pack which can be boiled in the bag or opened out and put into a roasting tin and cooked in the oven. You can also microwave them as well. We had our's roasted in the oven Cooked from frozen they take 1hour 35minutes to cook. on gas mark 4. The taste is quite sweet due to the mint and rosemary gravy, but the meat is very tender and although you do not get a lot on each shank there is enough for two people with vegetables.
