... of the Burgers cooked on the front and it all looks alright. These shrink a bit after cooking, so I would say if you have a large Roll, then you may want to cook 2 of them to fill the roll up well enough. So how do these taste? Nice. They taste lightly seasoned with a light Pepper and dash of Salt taste. Doesn't seem to be a Garlic or onion taste which I have found in some Burgers, but I don't mind that as I add my own Onions with a dollop of Sauce. They taste nicer without all the added seasoning I think, kind f mor...more

Beefburgers are about the only food that the whole family like so I tend to buy them fairly regularly & usually opt for Birds Eye 100% Beef Burgers. Why Birds Eye? I've been disappointed so many times by cheaper brands - they've too thin/ too watery/ too fatty/ no flavour or an 'odd' flavour or sometimes leaving an aftertaste. Some have shrunk to half their size when cooked whilst others have had a horrible colour or nasty texture. Birds Eye, however, seem to have got it just right. Their burgers are just the right thickness, have 100% beef (from what part of the cow I really don't want to know), they don't shrink much when cooking, ...  Read the complete review

Think beefburgers, hot dogs, salad bowl, coleslaw, a glass of wine and a sunny evening, I can smell the Barbecue now! When the children were small they used to love beefburger and chips for tea, it was among one of their favourite meals. Beefburgers can be very hit and miss, some look like a sheet of cardboard, some are so cheap they taste like cardboard and others are acceptable. Birds Eye do seem to come out near the top, I consider that on the whole they produce a very acceptable beefburger. The homemade beefburgers are often excellent and if you have the time to make your own then it is even better! But when the sun is shining and ...  Read the complete review

We often have bbqs in the summer and always buy Birds Eye beef burgers cos they are made from 100% beef and are the best quality frozen burgers. I like it that they don't shrink when they are cooking cos when we used some from Asda last week the burgers ended up about half the size they were when we took them out of the box. These burgers taste so meaty and I can taste the beef in them and this is good cos it shows they have not being bulked up with cereals and other nasty ingredients. They are greasy like all burgers but not too much and when I eat one I think the meat taste is there and the grease only comes through as a faint aftertaste. I ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review BEST OF BURGERS (351 words)

I do like the odd burger, and although I like to grab a Burger King or McDonalds, most times I have to slum it and make my own at home. It's not that bad since I cook my Burgers in the George Foreman, and I think these ones are nearly as tasty as fresh Burgers. Birds Eye range of food is nice. Their Chicken products are nice as well. I picked up a large pack of these, as it always works out the cheapest. I got 12 Burgers for £3, but this was on Asda Rollback, so a bit cheaper than normal. Found in the freezer section, these can be defrosted, but most be cooked within 24 hours. I sometimes defrost Thick Burgers when I cook them, but since these ...  Read the complete review

Birds Eye Beef Burgers are one of the few burgers I actually eat. I know alot of people like bigger burgers, the bigger the better usually but I'm not much of a meat eater and prefer these partly because they are in fact not that thick. I don't like thick slabs of meat, you'll never fnd me eating a steak, and I usually insist any meat I eat is sliced rather than in chunks. I know it sounds weird but that's just how I am! These burgers sell for 99p for 4 in our local Heron store and recently I bought a box. Last night I had one as part of my evening meal. The box currently has a big blue banner across the top with white writing declaring they are ...  Read the complete review
