Birds eye chicken lattice with ham and cheese sauce mmmmmm very nice light crispy puff pastry with tender succulant pieces of chicken breast coated with cheese and ham sauce. Tasted a dream and takes about 25 to 35 minutes to cook in medium oven. Somewhere around £2.99 mark for price as I haven't bought any just lately can't quite remember price. But have still got two in my freezer waiting for the next meal. They come in packs of two with box cover that shows a picture which looks like the finished item. I am not usually a fan of preprepared meals but this product is very tasty and I don't think there is an over abundance of additives and salt for every ... Read the complete review

I've just had a ham and cheese Chicken Lattice for my tea and enjoyed it so much that I thought I'd tell you about it. It's a chicken breast with a thick cheese and ham sauce around it, that has been covered in pastry and the top of it has got bits cut out to give it the lattice look. They come frozen with 2 in a box and take about 25 mins to cook, I love the rich smell of the sauce as it's cooking because it didn't smell greasy at all and I could smell a mix of the cheese and chicken. The pastry is delish, it flakes when you cut into it but most of it stays in one piece as you cut it. I love the taste of the pastry because it's quite ... Read the complete review

Birds Eye Bacon and Cheddar Cheese Chicken Lattices are a staple of my freezer, they're a great meal option when you're not in the mood for cooking and want something tasty that you can throw straight into the oven and forget about until they're ready. In fact I have one cooking in the oven as we speak, and that's what prompted me to write this review! Birds Eye also produce a Chicken lattice with cheese and broccoli, but I've not tried them so this review cover the cheese and bacon lattices only. The Product The lattices are made with 100% chicken breast which is marinated, with a layer of rich, creamy cheese sauce which contains bacon pieces all ... Read the complete review

Birds Eye Chicken Lattice's come in 2 different flavours, Cheese & Brocolli and Cheese & Bacon. Both are just as delicious as the other. Fresh tasting chicken breast, smothered in creamy cheese (and either brocolli or bacon) with a soft delicious flakey pastry casing. - Packaging - The packaging is a simple cardboard box, with the big bold Birds Eye logo, and a picture of the cooked lattice (depending on flavour). All nutritional information and ingredients are clearly stated on the back of the box, as are the cooking instructions. - Price - I bought my lattice's from Asda for £2, this if for the pack of 2 ... Birds Eye make two different types of frozen chicken lattice - bacon & cheddar cheese, and cheddar cheese & broccoli. My favourite thing to eat for dinner at home is without a doubt the bacon & cheddar cheese chicken lattice. I love chicken but these are just something else - they are just gorgeous! Each lattice is made with a marinated chunk of 100% chicken breast meat, coated in a cheddar cheese sauce with bacon pieces in, covered in a light puff pastry. It takes 30 minutes to oven cook at 220 degrees C, gas mark 7. The edging of the pastry seems to cook quicker than the centre part so when it is fully cooked, the edging is a deep golden ...
