Birds Eye Chicken Pies are frozen in their own little foil tray and come in either packs of 2 or packs of 4. The pack of 2 costs £1.50 and the pack of 4 costs £2 so you are better off buying the one with the more pies! Better value in my personal opinion. They are made (so they say) from 100% chicken meat and have just over ... Read the complete review

When it comes to pies they are very much a favourite food of mine even though I do try to avoid them at all costs as they arnt the most healthy of thing to eat! However I do indulge myself from time to time and these pies, for four of them in my local Asda store at an offer price of £1.00 a box instead of the usual price of ... Read the complete review

Why this product? I'm not generally a fan of frozen food, but because it was such a lovely day on Saturday my family and I went out for the day. On the way back just after 5pm I realised I had nothing for tea so popped into my local Asda looking for something quick and easy to throw in the oven when we got home. On wandering through ... As a family of two adults and three kids four kids on weekends we are always looking for a standby meal in the freezer that we all enjoy when not everyone is home or we just need a quick meal without cooking from scratch and this is a definitive favourite of all of ours... I don't have chicken pies that much but the other week I brought a box of 4 Birds Eye Chicken Pies and they're yummy and just right for the mega cold weather at the minute! The pies come in a foil case so they're ready to put in the oven, I put a bit of milk on the top of mine before I cooked it to make the crust go nice and ... Read the complete review

I try to buy the cheapest food products as I usually find that the cheaper ranges taste pretty much the same as the more expensive ones anyway. The only thing this isn't true for is chicken pies. I think the Birds Eye chicken pies are very expensive at about £2.50 for a pack of 4, so I've tried a few of the cheaper brands but nothing ... Read the complete review

I'd never noticed Birds Eye Chicken Pies on the shelves before, but recently my eyes were drawn to them in the freezer section of Tescos and I thought they looked rather appetizing so thought I would give them a go. These pies are available in packs of 2 or 4 so can easily feed a family. Each pie is around 4" in diameter ... Read the complete review

Last Birds Eye review for a bit - I promised. I'm just enjoying Dooyoo and writing about things I like, and food is certainly 1 of them! You get these Pies in the Freezer section for about £1.80. You get 4 in the pack and they are large enough so to have 1 with a couple of sides, or 2 if you're like me and like a big ... Read the complete review

I picked up a pack of four of these from the supermarket the other day, as they were on special offer at £1 a pack (normal price being a little over £2). I'm not a huge pie eater, but with the weather getting colder I've started buying stodgier foods to bulk up the freezer . Iwon't go into detail about the packaging, as there ... Birdseye chicken by are by far my favourite pie. I find them to be tasty and filling. You can buy a four pack for around about £2.49 and they are widely available in supermarkets across the country. I'm not one given to buying pies, I prefer to make them myself so I know what's in them, but I was feeling hungry and had a craving that only a chicken pie could satisfy. And to make a whole pie for just me would be very wasteful and time consuming! So, I picked up a Birds Eye Chicken Pie in the frozen isles of the local ... Read the complete review

Birds Eye are an amazing brand of food and I love most of their products. One I've recently tried are their Chicken Pies! They are frozen so are therefore found in the ... Read the complete review

Chicken is probably 1 of my favourite meats, and enjoy the odd Chicken Pie teamed with a splodge of gravy on top of it, and a good helping of Chips - yummy! I've tried a few Chicken Pies, and although the cheaper ones are pretty good, in my vew Birds eye produce some nice Chicken items. You buy these from the freezer section ... Read the complete review

Being a student, frozen food is something I'm a big fan of as it's easy to cook and I don't have to sit and prepare everything. However, I can get bored of having the same thing all of the time like chicken dippers, pizza and that kind of thing so at Christmas I decided to treat myself which is when I came across Birdseye Chicken Pies. I have tried these chicken pies in the past and been disappointed but I was told that the recipe has really improved now so when I saw them on offer for £2.00 in Tesco I decided to give them a go. One pie takes around 30-35 minutes in the oven on 200-220 and I found that 35 minutes on 220 degrees was just enough to complete ... Read the complete review

These are a personal favourite of mine, especially since they changed them a while back and improved the chicken in them. You now get a more substantial pie which has larger chicken pieces in than before. A shortcrust pastry encases the bitesize pieces of chicken, peas, carrots and just enough gravy to keep the pie contents moist. ... Read the complete review

I'm usually quite suspicious of processed foods like pies, and much prefer to make my own from scratch just so I know what is in them, but coming across these Birds eye pies for a bargain £1.99 for four from Tesco, I put them in the trolley, after having Birds eye products before and finding there foods to be tasty and good ...
