These Birds Eye Healthy Options Chicken Curry were recently on special offer at Morrisons for £1 per meal, found in the frozen ready meals aisle. Each Chicken Curry provides 350 kcal and 3.5g of fat, which is greta if you are on a low calorie or low fat diet. The meal is extremely easily to prepare, simply pierce the film lid and heat in the microwave for 6 - 7 minutes (depending on wattage) or in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
