I've just had a Birdseye Healthy Option Chicken Curry for my dinner. I utilized Tesco home delivery service this week, and ordered two of these as they were on offer. They would normally be £1.48 each, but are currently 2 for £2. This was the main reason I was drawn to this item, as well as the fact that it claimed to be a healthier choice. These Birds Eye Healthy Options Chicken Curry were recently on special offer at Morrisons for £1 per meal, found in the frozen ready meals aisle. Each Chicken Curry provides 350 kcal and 3.5g of fat, which is greta if you are on a low calorie or low fat diet. The meal is extremely easily to prepare, simply pierce the film lid and heat in the microwave for 6 - 7 minutes (depending on wattage) or in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes. Cooking time is from frozen and Birds Eye infact recommend that the meal is 'tastiest when straight from the freezer' The meal was indeed very tasty with the curry not being to overpowering.
