I am not a big ice cream fan mainly down to the calories in most ice creams although I do love to have a little treat now and again, also with buying ice cream tubs you never know how many calories you are consuming! Especially if you are like me and you go back for seconds! Arctic roll is somewhat different to most ice creams out there; in fact it is a bit of a classic. I remember my mum buying this when I was a kid, then I don't remember seeing it for ages and ages until last week I was having a look at the Ice creams in Asda and spotted this next to the mousses! It's not that I'm mean or can't be bothered but desserts aren't often served up for my family as we mainly prefer savoury rather than sweet dishes so it's a bit of a treat when they get 'afters'! I couldn't resist, however, adding 2 x Birds Eye Raspberry Arctic Rolls to my shopping basket when I was on Tesco's website as they had a BOGOF so I got them for £1.90. Each one is approx 5.5" long, cellophane wrapped in a carton exactly as shown in the picture. "I never even realised it had been on holiday" I mumble to myself as I dropped a couple of the frozen desserts into my trolley on a recent trip to ASDA.
