Advantages: Good flavour, easy to cook

I always look out for these at Tesco as they are often on special offer for just £1 there and it is a good deal. These are made of chicken breast, chopped and formed presumably.
Like the other chargrills, they have a slightly damp texture, but it's not unpleasant, just different if you are used to pieces of chicken in breadcrumbs. Because they don't have the breadcrumb coating, but a sort of sticky glaze, they are lower in fat than many other 'coated chicken' products. They are about 160 calories and 2.2g of saturated fat each.
The peri peri flavouring is not hot, but it is gently spicy and very slightly sweet. There is even a little of that chargrill flavour, as the name suggests! I think it's really tasty and adds a bit of flavour to a meal. They cook quickly in the oven and I tend to keep a selection of them in the freezer for lazy days and emergencies.
I have tried the plain ones as well and found them rather boring - these are far the better option.
