I think the roast beef dinner is the best of the three that I have tried i.e. beef, pork and lamb.The last two have been inconsistent in the texture of the meats. I find the roast beef very tasty. Two points I would like to make though. Could the carrots be cooked a bit more and could you place the yorkshire pudding on the same side as the roast dinners as the puddings get very soggy in the gravy?
