I would like to say here and now that I am quite capable of making parsley sauce from the original ingredients - milk, parsley, flour etc. - but when the convenient version tastes this good I just can't be bothered! Yes, I know it contains additives that would not be present in home made sauce, but it's not something that would be eaten very often so I'll risk it! So what exactly is it then? I absolutely love fish - all kinds of fish and it forms the bulk of my diet. The only problem is finding something to liven it up a bit and make it more appealing to the kids. I'm one of those people who like to drown their meal in some kind of sauce or other. While cruising the isles in Safeway one day. I spotted something interesting looking.. A range of instant sauces made by Bisto. The one I'm going to tell you about today is the Parsley sauce. I love Parsley sauce especially on fish or vegetables, like broccoli, cauliflower or potatoes.
