Bobbys Prawn Crackers

Now I love prawn crackers and when we have a Chinese we always order a couple of bags to dip in the sauce and munch on afterwards. But I've got a problem. Our local Chinese has recently been taken over by new people and while the meals are much better, the prawn crackers always taste like they've been sitting in fat for hours and taste very greasy and sometimes the middles are so saturated with oil that they feel almost soggy.
