Bonduelle Cut Green Beans

The tins have a ring pull on them, which is useful but really neither here nor there for me, opening cans is not a difficult task - most of the time.
A whole can provides 42kcal and would easily give two generous portions. One portion provides one of the recommended 5 a day.

I much prefer to use fresh vegetables for our meals at home but do keep a small stock of tinned vegetables in for days when guests turn up unexpectedly and I feel the need to offer food, and also for times when I can not be bothered to go shopping (or days when I am quarantined. Boo). I have seen Bonduelle products on the shelves in Morrison and Tesco and recently paid £1.29 for a pack of 4 200g tins of Cut Green Beans.
