The Crispy Discs come in an attractive turquoise coloured packet with a close-up picture of the crisps on the front, with the name of the product in a co-ordinating font. They also clearly show the number of calories per packet which is 92, and the row of nutritional 'traffic lights' along the bottom, showing the percentage of calories, fat, etc. that each bag provides. These are pretty saintly apart from the salt, which is a 'red light' at 0.5g, so watch your salt intake if you eat these ...more

I find myself popping into Boots for my lunch several times a week and always ejoy trying the different product in their 'Shapers' range. If I'm not careful I can easily sit at my lunch and eat yummy but unhealthy snacks from our work canteen all day, so I go for Boots' healthy option if I can, which at least I know isn't too bad for me! I usually go for a 'meal deal' which is £2.99 for a sandwich/salad, snack and a drink, but purchased separately these are 39p - at least as cheap as any other crisps. Being a crisp-a-holic I'm always on the look out for new types of crisps I haven't tried before and although I'm not a weight watcher as such I am conscious of constantly eating rubbish, which I do usually! The Packaging.... 21g turquoise plastic outer packet which is silver foil on the inside. On the outside of the packet in white and turquoise writing I'm told they are Shapers Salt & Vinegar Crispy Discs and 'What does the perfect snack need? Salt, vinegar and welcoming tastebuds'.
