I do not buy many biscuits at all, but when I do, I like something a little luxurious like a cookie from the bakery, or something coated in chocolate. I have noticed Border biscuits on sale in gift shops and food retailers in Scotland, but have never bought any until I spotted them recently in my local Morrisons. They are baked in Scotland at their Lanarkshire factory. I was in a biscuit/chocolate craving mood, and decided to treat myself to these Chocolate Viennese Whirls, drawn in by the packaging and also the fact you can see part of the biscuits through the small window on the top of the box.
