> > > > > > > > > > >Today I am going to tell you about one of my all time favourite chocolate bars. I have loved these ever since I was small. I am taking about a Bounty. The packet sat nicely on the shelf just waiting for me to pick it up. It is a mainly white and blue packet with bounty written across it in white capital letters. The packaging has never changed in all the years that I have been eating them Turning the packet upside down and you will find the ingredients and nutritional information. For those of you that are interested each pack contains 268 calories and 14.6g of fat. The best before date is written on the bottom as well and I have until the end of August to eat this, but believe me, it will be gone in the next 5 minutes. I open the packet by tearing the end and I find two gorgeous looking bars of milk chocolate. Each one is about 8 cm long and has a wavy effect on the top where the chocolate looks to be thicker. After biting into the first bar you can see how the bounty is made up. It is a lovely white moist coconut which has been covered in thick milk chocolate. The thickest chocolate being on top. The coconut is mouth wateringly good. It is very tightly compacted together and is moist and easy to bite through. The chocolate that surrounds it is lovely, thick and creamy and the two tastes complement each other well. If you have read any of my previous reviews then you will probably know that I never eat chocolate ‘normally’ and my preferred way of eating a bounty is to nibble the chocolate from around the edges and top first then eat the coconut. This can be a little sticky sometimes, but everyone eats things differently. Bounty are made by Masterfoods who are also the makers of Mars Bars. Bounty can be brought from supermarkets and newsagents as well as many other places for around 36p and they are also available in fun sized bars.
> I find Bounty to be quite filling and I do not find them sickly as they do not taste as sweet as some other chocolate bars. I love ‘em.
