Holy Moly, These are the best biscuits you will ever have!
It has two chrunchy layers at the top and bottom of the biscuit and in the middle is a tasty filling.
Personally the best way to enjoy this chocolaty biscuit is with a nice warm cup of tea. Just dunk the bourbon in the tea leave it for about 2-3 seconds and it's perfect, but the tea can't be too hot, it has to be quite warm.
Otherwise they are still as scrummy eating them normally.
They are great for a quick snack, parties, part of your lunch and what not. Kids will love them as they have a nice chocolate taste and can be part of a balenced diet.
You can purchase bourbons in any supermarket in a single pack for about £0.35 or a double pack for about £0.55 depending on where you do your shopping.
