Brunchettas - Red pepper and onion

As I have mentioned in some of my earlier reviews, I have problems with my appetite which is mainly due to me having a chronic illness that affects my digestive system. For this reason, I rely on snacks a lot of the time, rather than sitting down to eat a larger sized meal, which I simply cannot do a lot of the time. My partner describes me as a 'picky' eater although this is not because I have trouble choosing WHAT to eat; I am really not very fussy at all you see!
