I might just buy someone a Cadbury buttons Easter egg as a treat this Easter. I note they are available now on line and in the shops. Most of us acknowledge Cadbury chocolate as one of the better ones, and most of us will have eaten many of their products especially chocolate buttons. Cadbury have been making chocolate since 1824 by John Cadbury, in Birmingham, Easter eggs were manufactured since 1875 Chocolate buttons have been the childhood treat for years and years. Cadbury have made Easter eggs and filled them with bags of chocolate buttons for years too. Each year the design might change in some way. These Easter eggs are designed really ... I talk about my grandaughters in my reviews quite a lot because they are so important to me but I don't think I have mentioned their baby sister yet who is nearly 1. She is a beautiful baby but I am biased. I brought her a Buttons Easter egg this year because I had brought the older girls an egg and I thought the baby should not miss out even though her mom tells me off when I give her chocolate. A Buttons egg is perfect for small children and even for adults who do not like to eat too much chocolate. The one I brought cost me just £1. 99 and was just right for the baby who has taken over a week to work her way through it. The egg comes in ... Read the complete review

So we are at that time of year again. Each Easter my daughter receives tonnes of Easter eggs and usually since she won't eat that much, they are stuck in the fridge for me to have a naughty bite every now and again. One of the Easter eggs she received yesterday, was a Cadburys buttons one. The description: Cadbury products are mostly easy to identify due to their purple packaging. This particular Easter egg is the same as it is placed in a bright purple cardboard box with a picture of a cute chick on the front. On the back of the box there is a little game for kids. On mine you have to cut out a picture of an egg and stick pictures on it to create ... Read the complete review

OK - call me old-fashioned/ conventional/ boring if you like but in my opinion the best chocolate Easter egg in the world is the Cadbury's Button one. Ever since I was a child I loved Cadbury's buttons & their Easter egg which seem to taste exactly the same today as it did all those years ago (cheese, eggs, milk & bread don't though!) I've tried Thornton's & the top Belgian & Swiss choc eggs, I've tried handmade & Harrods but I still prefer Cadbury's. Why? To me the chocolate in their eggs is perfect - not bitter & not overly sweet. The texture (thinnish in places & thicker towards the centre) ... Read the complete review

This is without a doubt in my opinion, the best Easter Egg ever! As far back as I can remember I have always loved Cadbury's Buttons and the Buttons Easter Egg is something Ive just got to have every Easter, even now. I can recall as a child, receiving chocolate eggs, the Buttons egg was always the one I kept until last, savouring the moment for as long as possible. These days there are many different Easter Eggs compared to when I was a child, but the Cadbury Buttons egg must surely be the most popular egg after all these years. I don't think the packaging has changed much over the years either, as the egg is still wrapped in purple foil and ... Read the complete review
