No such luxury now - the layer of Cadbury's milk chocolate has been put on and scraped off again ! When you eat the biscuit the first thing that you notice is the lack of chocolate, within a couple of seconds the chocolate has all gone. Cadbury's state that the biscuits are suitable for vegetarians but they cannot be consumed by anyone who is allergic to nuts. 100g of Cadbury's Animal biscuits contains 480 calories....more

Do you ever yearn to return to your childhood ? This morning I took a wander around my local discount store and I espied a wire basket that was overflowing with colourful packets of Cadbury's Animal biscuits. The Other half is out for the day and I felt like indulging myself - big time. I boiled the kettle and ripped open the packet of Cadbury's Animals and sat down to enjoy the moment. What a let down!! My packet of Cadbury's Animals contained just 15 larger biscuits, they were laid out neatly in a plastic packet and covered over with a very colourful foil sleeve. I checked to see if they were all present and correct and the monkey, the hippo, the ...  Read the complete review

~*~ Cadbury Chocolate Animals ~*~ I remember absolutely adoring Cadbury's chocolate animal biscuits when I was younger, being fascinated by the different animals printed on each biscuit. When I saw an eight pack of mini animal biscuit bags available in Tesco, therefore, I was helpless to resist, even though they weren't on offer (which is very unlike me!). ~*~ What are they? ~*~ Basically mini digestive type biscuits coated in a good thickness layer of chocolate. The biscuits are shaped like animals, which include tigers, lions, elephants and monkeys. On the front of each mini bag of animals is a different animal character ...  Read the complete review

I hadn't ever heard of Cadbury Animals until my little boy started school and I began looking for little snacks for his packed lunch. In Cadbury Animals I think I found the perfect snack. They are animal shaped biscuits half covered with Cadbury milk chocolate and they come in a mini bag, ideal for little children. You can buy Cadbury Chocolate Animal mini bags in a multipack and you get eight bags. Apparantly you can also buy them in a box but I have never come across them. The bags weigh 25g and contain on average 10 biscuits, they are about the size of a 50p coin. Each biscuit is an animal; lions, monkeys, tigers, hippos and elephants, although sometimes ...  Read the complete review

My mum occasionally brings these down for the boys which always puts big smiles on their faces. They are made by the famous chocolate makers, Cadburys and come in a multi-pack of eight bags which weigh in at 25g. You can also buy them buy the box but it's all the more tempting to polish off the lot if you do. They cost around £1.50 which isn't cheap and that's the reason why I don't buy them and my mum does. The biscuit are made into the shape of different animals including elephants, monkeys and tigers and they all have individual names. They are made up of a digestive biscuit and on the top there is a layer of Cadbury's chocolate. The ...  Read the complete review

I think everybody loves to snack whether it be sweet or savoury - but sweet is definitely my preference! If you can get a tasty snack that included biscuits and chocolate then that's great so these 'Cadbury's Animals' are a great idea and are popular with all ages :) Made by Burton's Food Ltd in the UK these cute confectionery shapes are named after several animal shapes such as Mojo Monkey, Leroy Lion, Gemma Elephant, Tiff Tiger and Zippo Hippo to appeal to kids... The outer packaging is eye catching and has the famous purple Cadbury's background and included eight mini packs weighing 25g each. The animals are each cut into ...  Read the complete review
