... and goes good with the peanuts. I think the peanuts taste fresh because they are soft but have a nice crunchy bite as you chew them. These peanuts are so lovely and loads nicer than other brands that all seem dead cheap compared to these. Even though I ate the whole bag I didn't feel sick afterwards and I think thats because there are more nuts than chocolate and that stops them being sickly. After a bit I could notice the oil in the peanuts quite strongly and then I had to put them down for a bit and have a dr...more

Premium Review Cadbury Chocolate Coated Peanuts: A nice little snack (295 words)

I bought these when I spotted them on a 2 for £2.50 offer in Tesco last week. Their normal price is about £1.75 per 200g pack. They come in a resealable packet which has a tear-off section at the top. this is really easy to tear off, then when you want to fasten the bag again there's a sticker on the side of the pack which you just pull off and put on the top of the bag after rolling it down or folding it over. Sometimes the stickers are a bit useless to be honest, and they come off, especially when there's not a lot left in the bag. These are a very simple snack, there's not much to explain really. They're just peanuts coated in chocolate. Being as ...  Read the complete review

If you've not seen, then you won't know that Cadburys have just bought out a new range of sweet treats to make all of us with no will power, fatter than ever. I saw them on offer at Sainsbury's at 2 for £2.50 and not knowing which would be my second choice (chocolate peanuts were my first!) I bought every flavour including an extra pack of chocolate peanuts. Spending £5 on sweets is a regular occurrence in our house. I absolutely loooovvvveee any chocolate that consists of chocolate and peanuts. A little while a go I did a review of a store brand chocolate peanuts and stated that, Cadbury's should do their own version because Cadburys chocolate is the best out ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Cadbury Chocolate Coated Peanuts: NOT THAT EXCITING FOR ME (304 words)

Although these are new out, they aren't exactly a new concept in the Chocolate snack world. I remember Chocolate Coated Peanuts as far back as I can remember, but as far as I know there was no brand named version of them. You tended to get them coated in cheaper Chocolate, which was an alright taste, but not exactly sweet and Milky. This bag from Cadbury's has been launched at the same time as Chocolate covered Raisins and Cadbury's Clusters. I've only seen these sold in large 200g bags. The normal retail price in my local Asda is £1.79, but they are on offer just now for £1. The bag is alright. It is yellow and shiney. It has a large purple band ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review I'm Nuts about these! (608 words)

Cadbury's have brought out a delicious new range of chocolate covered fruit and nuts which they sell in large share bags or individual sized smaller packets, while looking for something nice to munch on while watching a film on Friday night I decided to buy one of the big bags of Chocolate Covered Peanuts as they were on special offer at 99p in my local shop. Yum, yum! If I could sign off here I would as that short sentence sums up this lovely little treat perfectly, unfortunately I am barely a third into the 150 minimum word count so allow me to elaborate. What you get here are varying sized peanuts covered in smooth Dairy Milk chocolate, at ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Cadbury Chocolate Coated Peanuts: Nutty and crunchy but not so chocolatey! (353 words)

These Cadbury's chocolate peanuts were on offer in Waitrose - 2 bags for £2.50. Still quite expensive I think though it is a fair sized bag. I ended up buying 2 bags of the peanuts as they had run out of the other new snacks - Clusters and Chocolate coated raisins! I love Cadbury's chocolate normally and I like peanuts so thought it would be a great combination! The bag is supposed to be re-sealable but I didn't read that until after I had tried to get into it for about 2 minutes and then only succeeded in ripping the thing practically in half! Sadly this meant that many of the chocolate peanuts had to be eaten in one go as they were spilling out ...  Read the complete review
