Since I moved out of home (approximately 5 years ago now) my Mum and Dad are really kind and occasionally sent us round a few naughty edible treats! My mum tells me that they are part of a buy one get one free deal of which she will never eat but I am sure it is a case of just spoiling us! The latest treat to arrive was a packet of Cadburys Digestive Half Chocolate biscuits. I have to admit that I had never seen them in the shops before and Mum informed me that she got them from Morrison's as part of the buy one get one free deal. I think the biscuits normally retail at around £1.18 and can sometimes be found on a 2 packs for £2.00 deal. As soon ... Read the complete review

Aside from your Bourbons and Custard Creams I'm not that fussed about my biscuits. Sweet and crunchy is all that they need to be. I don't usually branch out into brand names but in this sense they were doing a deal where you received a free mug with a photo of your choice on it. Not going to miss a chance at that, who wouldn't want a cup with a picture of me on it? (Don't answer that!) There nothing more relaxing than sitting down with a nice cup of tea and some chocolate biscuits. I normally prefer Mc-Vities chocolate covered biscuits, but shopping last week i came across the Cadbury's variety which where on offer for about 60p a pack. Cadbury's chocolate has to be my favorite, and i was quite surprised that i hadn't come across them sooner, what with the bright purple pakaging how could i not have seen them sooner? ~The taste test~ Opening up the packet i was greeted by the rich warming smell of ... I bought these Cadbury Milk Chocolate Digestives some time ago from Asda when the Cadbury biscuit range were on offer . They were 3 packs for £2 I think and there were quite a few different flavours . The bannoffe pie one turned out to be the unexpected favourite . However the Cadbury Chocolate Digestive was our least favourite and , as such , rather disappointing . As always one sight of the Cadbury purple wrapping and logo and I assume the contents will be the best thing since sliced bread . I must stop being so brain washed . So opening the wrapper you are faced with some fairly attractive biscuits which have a coating of Cadbury milk chocolate ... Read the complete review
