... spot on the shelves. I think I've learnt how to scope them out with ease so I can get my fix quickly! The wrapper is Red and Blue in colour with Twisted in big yellow lettering. The Co-op is currently selling Twisted bars at 3 for £1... needless to say I have stocked up with this offer! One tip I can give you... don't keep these chocolate bars in the fridge! The cold makes at fondant go hard and that just isn't right! It needs to be room temperature so the middle is all gooey and delicious! Mmmmm......more

Cadbury Crème Egg Twisted Description: New Cadbury Crème Egg Twisted. It's no Crème Egg. It's Twisted. These have been around for months now but you might not have gotten around to trying them yet, so I will just explain what they are. If you have eaten a Cadbury's Creme Egg, you will know what to expect. These are basically the fondant from the middle of the egg, contained in a twisted bar of milk chocolate. The overall flavour is the same as a Creme Egg of course, but the proportions of this bar make it different! Each bar is 45g, which means there is plenty of it! When you are eating this, you are likely to find it ...  Read the complete review

My favourite topic.....sweets and chocolate. Now first off lets get the ingrediants and nutritional info out the way. Each 45 gram bar of Twisted contains the following:- Nutrition Information (per pack) Calories 210 (10.5% of your daily guideline amount) Sugars 27.9g (a whopping 30.9% of your daily guideline amount) Fat 9.4g (13.4% of your daily guideline amount) Saturates 5.8g (29% of your daily guideline amount) Salt 0.03g (0.45% of your daily guideline amount) Now when I actually bother to stop and read the packets for the above info I tend to zone out. If I really worried that I was eating 30% of my daily sugar ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Cadbury Crème Egg Twisted: Creme Egg Bar (508 words)

Crème Eggs have been a long term favourite as chocolate treats but sadly seem to only be available during Easter, as a result when you do find someone selling them at this time of the year they are hugely over priced. So Cadbury's being the clever folk they are released the Crème Egg Twisted which basically turns the typically egg shaped chocolate treat into a bar form with ridges along the top. The eggs are chocolate shaped like an egg with an egg coloured fondant filling and this therefore is a chocolate bar with a fondant filling. A complaint of the egg by some is that they are too sweet and sickly, though having never experienced that myself I won't comment, though I ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review It's twisted! (341 words)

When I sent my fiancé down the shop recently for some soft drinks he came back with these amongst other things and I haven't had one since last year although they are actually available all year round. The twisted is a chocolate bar from Cadburys (makers of the Crème Egg) and the official title is a 'Cadburys Crème Egg Twisted' as the bar is a Cadburys chocolate bar that is filled with the fondant from a Cadburys Crème Egg. There is lots of ridges in the chocolate and it can be broken off in to pieces although the yellow & white fondant may end up falling out and making a right old mess. The chocolate is the usual delicious, creamy Cadburys ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Cadbury Crème Egg Twisted: What a rotten egg! (532 words)

I love Creme Eggs, and I'm always happy to see them on the shelves again for the year, so I have no idea how I haven't tried the Twisted bar until now. But a "need change for the bus mission" seemed as good a time as any to give it a go. Incidentally, don't you love how they have self-service checkouts a lot of places now? Makes me feel far less guilty about buying something cheap with a £20 note when I need some coins! Anyway, the Twisted bar is basically the same chocolate and fondant formula as the Cadbury's Creme Egg I'm sure most of you are familiar with, but in bar form. I like when things are bar form. Smarties bars, good. Chocolate Orange ...  Read the complete review
