Advantages: Tasty, individual chocolate bar.
Disadvantages: Honeycomb gets stuck in your teeth
I am a total chocoholic and if I allowed myself I could eat chocolate everyday. There is simply too much choice available out there, I don't drink or smoke but chocolate has got to be my one vice. When it comes to chocolate Dairy Milk has got to be my favourite and after that most things Cadbury. I find Cadbury's chocolate is just so much nicer and tastier than alternatives like Mars.
When it comes to Cadbury's Crunchies they are another chocolate bar I like, I seem to go throguh phases with Crunchies, I either love them and will eat loads but yet I can go months and months without buying them. As I said there is just too much choice to stick with eating the same chocolate bar.
Crunchies are milk chocolate with a honeycomb centre. They are about 5 inches long and 1 inch wide. Like all chocolate bars they seem to be getting smaller. If you buy just one from a shop it will be slightly bigger than if you buy them in a multipack. I usually buy mine in multipacks from the supermarket as you get better value for money. I last got an 8 pack from Morrisons for £1.65.
In a multipack a bar will weigh 40g and this contains:
185 calories
24.7g sugars
7.6g fat
4.9g saturates
0.28g salt
So as you would expect with chocolate they are not exactly good for you but everything in moderation.
I think the one complaint I have with Crunchies is that when you eat them the honeycomb always gets stuck in your teeth. They are not something I would like to eat in public as you have to spend about 10 minutes picking your teeth, not very attractive.
Crunchis are by no means the best chocolate bar available but they are different than any other. I do always enjoy eating them and will treat myself to one on occassions. Get that Friday feeling as the advert says.
Summary: Too much honeycomb, not enough chocolate
