A chocolate covered bar of cinder toffee, this is an old favourite based on a sugary aerated caramel based substance. Surrounded by sweet chocolaty dairy milk, the inside is a crunchy air filled sugary treat. The inner part of the centre tends to have larger bubbles than the outer sections, so isn't quite as hard as the outer bits of the ... Read the complete review

My husband surprised me with a Cadbury Crunchie the other day. He bought a pack of five bars. Although I review a lot of sweets nowadays I don't eat chocolate every day. Price and package ----------------------- Cadbury Crunchie comes in a golden wrapper. Each bar is 40 g but now I saw that a treat size is available too. ... Read the complete review

Having successfully made it to 9.15pm without a single morsel of chocolate entering my mouth today I've just sat down with a cup of coffee and a Cadburys Crunchie. Oh well, there's always tomorrow I suppose. Still, whilst I have the wrapper in front of me I may as well write a review about it. Crunchies are instantly recognisable from ... I've never really have too many Crunchies in my time, I've usually always opted for Malteasers or twirls, but I decided to be a dare devil when I was browsing the chocolate bars in Tesco and went for one! They can usually be found in your local Supermarket for a price around the 50p mark, usually a few pence more. It comes in a golden ... Read the complete review

The Cadbury's crunchie bar is a superb item of confectionary and traditionally forms a part of the most popular Easter Egg combination each year in the Crunchie Bar Easter Egg and was originally launched in 1929. The chocolate bar itself contains a honeycomb centre that, as the name suggests, is incredibly crunchie. It differs from ... Read the complete review

I like Crunchies but I don't have one very often because I think the honeycomb in the middle is too sweet and sometimes it's proper hard as well and hurts my teeth to bite through it. A Crunchie is just a slab of honeycomb that has been covered in milk chocolate and when I'm in the mood for something sweet then this is perfect but I ... Read the complete review

One of my friend's is allergic to chocolate and I feel really sorry for her as I love it as do millions of other people! In fact I adore chocolate but mainly milk confectionery not the plain stuff which I think is yukky :( My favourite all time chocolate is Cadbury's of course as its rich in flavour and it has a unique ... I am a total chocoholic and if I allowed myself I could eat chocolate everyday. There is simply too much choice available out there, I don't drink or smoke but chocolate has got to be my one vice. When it comes to chocolate Dairy Milk has got to be my favourite and after that most things Cadbury. I find Cadbury's chocolate is just so much nicer ... Read the complete review

Mmmmm....seven inches of heaven! I love Crunchies and they will always have a very special place in my heart as they've helped me through some very dark days. During my teens I suffered with severe depression with psychotic interludes but somehow whenever I had a Crunchie I experience that momentary 'friday feeling' of joy. However, you don't need ... I was in my local corner shop a few days ago buying the daily newspaper when i spotted a rack of Cadburys Crunchies. I completely love these - probably because i am a big honeycomb fan so i had to buy one! A 40 gram bar of Crunchie cost me 60p which i thought was a little expensive for one bar of chocolate. Cadbury's Crunchie is a treat that is not only for Fridays. It is so good that you should be allowed to eat one every single day. The taste is so unique there is nothing in the chocolate market that is in any way similar. I quite considerably enjoy the crunch that goes along with bite of a Cadbury's Crunchie. Cadburys has to be one of my most favourite chocolates. The brand has a unique taste which is unrivaled in my opinion and top of the many cadburys products is the Crunchie! I am a big chocolate fan. In fact I think you could call me an chocoholic. One of the chocolate bars I like is the Cunchie bar. The crunchie was first made as far back as 1929 by Fry. Obviously at a later date Fry was bought out by Cadbury and hence the brand owners and present manufacturers are Cadbury. It is sold in a gold coloured ... Read the complete review

What an appealing golden robe for a chocolate bar. The packaging really does promise an amazing indulgent experience, and the insides don't disappoint. The milk chocolate surrounding the honeycomb is smooth and melts quickly in the mouth, truly scrumptious.
To me the honeycomb, although sweet and pleasant, is a little overpowering. After one or two bites i am usually fed up with the syrupy crusts wedged between my teeth, so i only ever choose a snack-sizedbar that you get in variety packs.
For the nutrition-conscious, you need not stress about this chocolate bar, do not fret. a standard sized bar has significantly less calories than other long running chocolate favourites, with a mediocre 185 per bar. snack sized bars have 80 calories. So i often swap a dessert with one of these. in one phrase, it's good for an occassional treat.

A couple of my colleagues have got a "thing" for Crunchies, with trips to the newsagents opposite the office often including a couple of bars.
