Advantages: Tastes great!
Disadvantages: Maybe too chewy for some people?
Cadburys is my favorite form of chocolate, I just do not feel that any other brand compares. I have tried my fair share of their chocolate bars in my time and I feel that Curly Wurly is up there with the best of them!
I always think if Curly Wurly as a smaller choice than most chocolate bars, and they always remind me of selection boxes at Christmas because you always seem to get one in them! Because they are slightly smaller than the usual size chocolate bar they have much less calories at 115 per bar, so great if you are on a diet but need a cadbury's fix!
Curly Wurly is a long and thin bar. Packaged in shiney white and red foil wrapper, which is easy to open without destroying the chocolate bar. I am not sure if the packaging is recyclable or not. The package has curly wurly written in bright coloured letters which makes the chocolate bar seem very fun. The foil wrapping peals off very easily to reveal a series of wavy lines joined together in an almost ladder like formation. The bar is chocolate covered hard chewy caramel. The ratio of lovely cadburys chocolate to the caramel is just right and the two tastes balance each other out very well, and compliment to give a fantastic chewy sensation.
The nearest likeness that I can give to this chocolate bar is chocolate covered toffee/fudge combination, but imagine that chocolate covering it is dairy milk chocolate.
The only very mild downside to this bar is that sometimes it can be to chewy and you can spend a little while with it stuck in your teeth. Overall this chocolate bar is delightfully tasty and must be tried!
Summary: Great taste, but you have to put the work into chewing it!
